DATA DELETION
NitschWorks LLC keeps the personal information it holds to a minimum, and you can have it deleted. This page explains how. It covers information collected through nitschworks.com and information our client-management software receives through platform APIs — including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn — when we manage a client's business account.
How to Request Deletion
- Email rob@nitschworks.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Tell us who you are so we can find your data: the name or username you used, and the platform involved (for example, a message you sent to a Facebook Page or Instagram account we manage, or an email you sent us directly).
- We will confirm receipt, delete the personal information we hold about you, and confirm completion — within 30 days of your request.
What Gets Deleted
- Messages and comments you sent to a business account we manage, as stored in our management systems, along with your username and profile details attached to them;
- Contact information and correspondence you sent to us directly; and
- Any other personal information we hold about you, unless we are legally required to retain it (for example, tax or accounting records), in which case we will tell you what is retained and why.
What We Can't Delete
We can delete the copies we hold. Content on the platforms themselves — such as your original comment on a Facebook or Instagram post, or data the platform retains under its own policies — is controlled by the platform and by the account owner. To remove those, use the platform's own tools or its data deletion process.
